Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform in-house repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of computer systems and other equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot data backup solutions for clients.
- Assist with setup and support of new IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate with clients about repairs and solutions.
- Offer technical consultations and recommendations to clients for system improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service calls, both onsite and in-house.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support, IT services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and data backup systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- Valid driver’s license for traveling to onsite client locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data backup solutions, cybersecurity, and system security.
- Knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
