Job Overview: Key Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing technical support both onsite at client businesses and in-house. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to address a variety of issues related to hardware, software, and data backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform in-house repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of computer systems and other equipment.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot data backup solutions for clients.
  • Assist with setup and support of new IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations.
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate with clients about repairs and solutions.
  • Offer technical consultations and recommendations to clients for system improvements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service calls, both onsite and in-house.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support, IT services, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and data backup systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
  • Valid driver’s license for traveling to onsite client locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data backup solutions, cybersecurity, and system security.
  • Knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.


Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Location: Greenville, MS or Cleveland, MS

Position Type: Full-time

Job Overview: Key Solutions is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent customer service. IT experience is a plus, as the role involves addressing basic technical questions and offering guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients when they walk into the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phones, address inquiries, and provide support to customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide product information and basic troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
  • Assist clients with scheduling services and setting up appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and managing service records.
  • Support the service technicians with client inquiries and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Experience with handling phone calls and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services is preferred.
